Pizzorno: slight increase in half-year net income

(CercleFinance.com) - Pizzorno Environnement has reported net income (group share) of 8.
8 million euros for the first half of 2024, compared with 7.8 million a year earlier, despite an EBITDA margin down 4.1 points to 15% of sales.

At 134.6 million euros, sales rose by 5.2%, with its two core businesses - waste management and waste-to-energy treatment - posting growth of +4.5% and +7.4% respectively, "confirming the strength of its main markets".

Pizzorno boasts a record order book (including firm orders only) of 1.2 billion euros, which 'illustrates the confidence shown by its customers, with several renewals in recent months'.
