Arkema: BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on September 30, 2024, it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Arkema and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
24% of the share capital and 4.21% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market acquisition of Arkema shares and an increase in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
