Mersen: Janus Henderson Investors exceeds 5% of votes

(CercleFinance.com) - Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited, acting on behalf of funds it manages, has declared to the AMF that on September 26 it exceeded the threshold of 5% of Mersen's voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The declarant stated that it held, on behalf of the said funds, 1,369,007 Mersen shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.61% of the capital and 5.06% of the voting rights of this expert in electrical specialties and advanced materials.
