Altarea: new director for CAP3000 shopping center
(CercleFinance.com) - Altarea Commerce, the retail operator of the Altarea real estate group, has announced the appointment of Frédéric Llorca as director of the CAP3000 shopping center in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, near Nice.
This appointment is in line with Altarea Commerce's overall strategy for CAP3000 to 'pursue the strong dynamic of growth, innovation and transformation of this living space, which receives 12 million French and international visitors a year'. Frédéric Llorca brings over 20 years' experience in retail, where he has held management positions with major international retailers.
