SMCP: new CEO appointed for North America

(CercleFinance.com) - SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot) announces the appointment of Ida Simonsen as CEO of the North America region, succeeding Paul Griffin who has decided to pursue his career outside the accessible luxury brand group.


Previously, Ida Simonsen was President of the Americas region for Stella McCartney for over 12 years, where she played a crucial role in expanding the brand's retail and wholesale presence in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

She guided Stella McCartney through major transitions, including the change of ownership from Kering to LVMH, and also contributed to the growth of the brand's distribution network in the Americas.
