Diageo: sells its stake in Guinness Nigeria to Tolaram
(CercleFinance.com) - Diageo announced today that it has completed the sale of its stake in Guinness Nigeria PLC to Tolaram.
The transaction was announced on June 11, 2024. Guinness Nigeria PLC will continue the nationwide production and distribution of Guinness and its other locally produced brands in Nigeria, under a license and royalty agreement reflecting Diageo's efficient and flexible beer operating model.
