Getlink: Stifel initiates a buy recommendation

(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel is monitoring Getlink with a 'buy' recommendation and a price target of 19.
5 euros, seeing the stock of the infrastructure group - parent company of Eurotunnel, Europorte and ElecLink - as a 'growth story'.

The broker points to regulatory changes, new high-speed rail links between the UK and the continent, a new interconnection project via the tunnel, and a favorable macroeconomic environment.

Stifel believes that Getlink shares have significant upside potential at this stage, and that opportunistic share buybacks by Eiffage may also provide some downside protection.
