Altarea: bond placement completed

(CercleFinance.com) - Real estate group Altarea announces that it has placed a new bond issue with a nominal value of 300 million euros maturing in seven years (October 2, 2031), with an annual coupon of 5.
50%, with a broader investor base.

This issue is part of its financing strategy aimed at consolidating its liquidity position and lengthening the duration of its debt, thereby strengthening its long-term credit profile. The bonds are due to be issued on Euronext Paris on October 2.
