Kaufman & Broad: targets sales of around â?¬1.1 billion in 2024

2 million euros (excl. VAT) for the first nine months of 2024, compared with 1,083.9 million euros for the same period in 2024.

Housing sales amounted to 598.4 million euros (excl. VAT), compared with 663.1 million euros (excl. VAT) in 2023. This represents 85.3% of Group sales.

At August 31, 2024, gross margin stood at 146.2 million euros, compared with 193.6 million euros for the same period in 2023. Gross margin came to 20.9%, compared with 17.9% for the same period in 2023.

Operating income came to 56.9 million euros, compared with 86.4 million euros in 2023.

At the end of August 2024, net income for the consolidated group came to 40.0 million euros, compared with 57.1 million euros for the same period in 2023.

Net income - Group share came to 31.1 million euros, compared with 45.5 million euros for the same period in 2023.

'Over the full 2024 financial year, Group sales are expected to come in at around 1.1 billion euros. Operating income before non-recurring items should come in at between 7% and 7.5%', says the Group.
