Stellantis: Oddo BHF downgrades its opinion

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF downgrades its opinion on Stellantis from 'outperform' to 'neutral', with a price target reduced from 22 to 12 euros, on the basis of both lower estimates and lower multiples for the automaker.


While acknowledging that this morning's earnings warning was somewhat expected, the research firm believes that "its magnitude comes as a shock and raises questions about management's visibility on the business and its credibility with investors".

"We have also significantly reduced our expectations for 2025 (-40%) and see some significant risks to shareholder returns, also supporting our more cautious short-term approach", adds the analyst.
