Equasens: first-half results down

(CercleFinance.com) - For the first half of 2024, Equasens has reported a 21.
8% drop in net income (group share) to 17.2 million euros, and a 24.1% drop in operating income before non-recurring items to 20.9 million euros, on sales down 4.1% to 108 million euros.

The healthcare IT group explains that a deteriorated economic situation and its investment efforts weighed on its results, but it claims a current operating margin of 19.3% (20% on a like-for-like basis).

Equasens maintains its forecast of a return to sales growth from the second half of 2024, and an acceleration in 2025 thanks to current investments and a more favorable economic context.
