Atos: affected parties give green light to proposed plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that its shareholders and financial creditors, divided into classes of affected parties, have given broad support to the proposed accelerated sauvegarde plan, with all three classes voting in favor by the required majority.


The IT services company will apply to the Nanterre Specialized Commercial Court for approval of the proposed plan. The hearing before the Court is scheduled for October 15, and its decision is expected by the end of October.

If the Court approves the draft, it will be enforceable against all parties, including any affected party having voted against it, enabling Atos to implement its financial restructuring as planned, in accordance with its corporate interest.
