Eutelsat: Lazard AM falls below 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Lazard Asset Management LLC, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on September 19 it had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of Eutelsat's capital and voting rights, following the sale of shares on the market.


The management company stated that it held 23,735,904 Eutelsat shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.99% of the satellite operator's capital and voting rights, on behalf of the aforementioned clients and funds.
