NRJ: appeal to be examined on an accelerated basis

(CercleFinance.com) - NRJ Group and NRJ 12 have lodged a summary appeal and an appeal on the merits with the Conseil d'Etat against ARCOM's decision of July 24, 2024 not to shortlist its candidacy in the DTT call for applications.


The group has announced that the appeal on the merits will be examined on an accelerated basis by a collegiate panel.

As a result, the interim relief judge, noting that his intervention was no longer necessary, dismissed the application for interim relief in an order handed down on September 25, 2024.

'Investigation is now continuing before the Conseil d'Etat's collegiate panel, which will examine the appeal by the end of November at the latest,' says the group.
