Pluxee: acquires Cobee

(CercleFinance.com) - Pluxee announces that it has acquired Cobee, a Spanish digital native in the employee benefits market, having obtained the necessary approval from local regulatory authorities for this transaction announced on 12 June.


Cobee serves over 1,500 customers and 100,000 employee consumers through an offering that includes more than 12 products such as meal vouchers, training, health and life insurance, physical wellness and employee discounts.

The transaction is expected to have a neutral impact on Pluxee's recurring EBITDA and free cash flow in fiscal 2025, and then contribute positively to recurring EBITDA margin and net income from fiscal 2026 onwards.
