Rémy Cointreau: almost 60% of dividend paid in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau announces that at the close of the option period, which was open from 26 July to 16 September inclusive, 59.
8% of rights had been exercised in favor of payment in shares of its dividend of E2 per share for FY 2023-24.

For the purposes of payment of the dividend in shares, 907,322 new shares will be issued, at a unit issue price of E67.16, bringing the number of shares making up the spirits house's share capital to 52,160,291.

Settlement and delivery of the shares and their admission to trading on Euronext will take place on 1 October, as will payment of the dividend in cash. They will carry dividend rights from 1 April 2024, and will be fully assimilated to the shares already listed.
