Spie: launch of an employee shareholding program

(CercleFinance.com) - The multi-technical services group Spie has announced the launch of the eighth edition of its 'Share for You' employee shareholding program, to enable its employees once again to 'share sustainably in its performance'.


The subscription price has been set at 28.39 euros per share. The subscription period will run from September 26 to October 17 (inclusive), with settlement and delivery of the offer scheduled for December 12.

This eighth edition since the IPO in 2015 is open to over 49,000 employees from 19 countries. Since December 2021, employees have become Spie's largest shareholders. At June 30, 2024, they held 7.1% of the capital.
