Carmila: OPAS for Galimmo opens this Thursday

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF announces that the simplified tender offer for Galimmo shares, filed by Mediobanca on behalf of the commercial real estate company Carmila, will be open from September 26 to October 9 inclusive.


The offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a unit price of €14.83, all existing Galimmo shares not held by it, i.e. 59.005 shares, representing 0.18% of the company's capital.

Carmila, which already meets the conditions for a squeeze-out, has asked the AMF to proceed with the squeeze-out following the closing of the offer.
