KB Home: Q3 EPS up 13%

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening KB Home reported Q3 2023-24 EPS that is up 13% to $2.
04, as well as a homebuilding operating margin down 0.5 point to 10.8%, on revenues up 10% to $1.75bn.

The construction group claims net orders stable in volume, to 3,085 homes, but up 2% in value, to $1.54bn, thanks to an increase in the average selling price.

We are encouraged by strengthening demand for our affordable custom homes, and by the positive trend we are seeing so far in the fourth quarter of 2024, CEO Jeffrey Mezger says.
