Teleperformance: BlackRock stake exceeds 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - On 23 September, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, informped the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Teleperformance's share capital, and now holds 5.
03% of the the customer relations outsourcing group's share capital and 4.91% of its voting rights.

The US asset management giant says that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Teleperformance shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
