Teleperformance: BlackRock exceeds 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On September 23, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Teleperformance's share capital, and held 5.
03% of the share capital and 4.91% of the voting rights of the customer relations outsourcing group.

The American asset management giant states that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Teleperformance shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
