Orange: to delist from the NYSE

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced its intention to delist from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), deregister with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and seek the consent of holders of certain outstanding debt securities.

These decisions have been taken after a thorough review by the Board of Directors, taking into account the significant financial and administrative requirements associated with maintaining a listing on the NYSE and registering with the SEC.

The delisting of Orange's ADSs will be effective ten days after the filing of its application with the SEC, expected in Q4 2024, and deregistration with the SEC will be applied for once this delisting has taken place.

Following the delisting, the telecom operator will retain its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program, enabling investors to retain their ADRs and facilitating their trading on the OTC market in the US.
