Quadient: contract with a global insurer

5m with one of the world's largest listed property and casualty insurers, which will adopt Quadient Inspire, its platform for managing customer communications, on an outsourced basis.

This major insurance company, based in the USA and operating in over 50 countries on all continents, will be able to streamline and optimise customer communications across its global operations.

Quadient Inspire will enable the company to consolidate nearly 70,000 communication templates and eliminate several obsolete systems, making it responsive to market changes while ensuring communications compliance across its operations.
