Lumibird: EBITDA margin down in 1st half-year

1 million euros for the first half of 2024, as well as an EBITDA margin down three points to 11.2% on sales growth of 1% to 98 million (-3% excluding Convergent).

The laser technology group explains that it suffered from a drop in profitability in its photonics division, due in particular to a lower-than-expected level of activity, whereas its medical division significantly improved its profitability.

Lumibird anticipates sales growth in excess of 5% and EBITDA, as a percentage of sales, in excess of 16% for 2024 as a whole. The company remains focused on achieving its three-year objectives.
