Mercialys: creation of an executive committee

(CercleFinance.com) - The Mercialys real estate group has announced the creation of an executive committee headed by its CEO, Vincent Ravat, "to optimize the steering of its strategy in the service of a steady trajectory of growth and performance".


This committee comprises the CEO Elizabeth Blaise, the deputy CEOs Philippine de Bruyn and Fabrice Haurani, as well as the directors Stéphane Girard (operations and external relations) and Camille Morel (human resources).

In addition, CFO Irving Gauthier takes part in Executive Committee meetings as secretary, liaising with the Management Committee, which includes key employees responsible for the company's main functions.
