Amundi: capital increase reserved for employees

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi announces the launch of its "We Share Amundi" capital increase reserved for employees, which "reflects its desire to involve its employees not only in the company's development, but also in the creation of economic value".


The offer concerns a maximum number of 1,000,000 new shares (i.e. less than 0.5% of the capital and voting rights). As the discount offered to employees is 30%, the subscription price is set at 47 euros.

Beneficiaries of the offer will be able to subscribe to the operation from September 23 to October 4 inclusive. The capital increase is scheduled for October 31, and the new Amundi shares will be listed on Euronext Paris on November 4.
