Quadient: launch of a share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - Quadient announces the launch of a share buyback program on the market for an amount of up to 30 million euros (total purchase price excluding ancillary costs), to be carried out subject to market conditions.


The program will be carried out under the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on June 14. Barring unforeseeable circumstances, the shares will be purchased over an 18-month period ending in January 2026 at the latest.

Quadient intends to cancel the shares acquired under this program, with the exception of shares representing a maximum amount of 10 million euros, which will be allocated to future long-term stock incentive plans for employees and managers.
