Peugeot Invest: H1 NAV per share down 4%

(CercleFinance.com) - Peugeot Invest reports NAV per share of E226.
7 for the six months to 30 June, down 3.7% y-o-y, mainly due to the fall in the Stellantis share price, as well as net income attributable to equity holders of the parent of E228m, compared with E252m a year earlier.

Our teams have successfully completed disposals (for E437m), which have reduced our debt and strengthened our investment capacity in a difficult market environment, management said.

The Board of Directors has also appointed Jean-Charles Douin as Managing Director of Peugeot Invest. He will take up his post on 28 October - until then, Nicolas Huet will act as interim CEO.
