Solutions30: acquires Xperal in Netherlands

(CercleFinance.com) - Solutions30 announces the acquisition of Xperal, a company specialising in end-to-end B2B solar projects (from design to installation maintenance) in the Netherlands and Germany, with sales of E15m by 2023.


The acquisition of Xperal enables us to extend our energy transition support services in the Benelux region and Germany, explains Luc Brusselaers, chief revenue officer at Solutions30.

More generally, this new external development operation marks the group's ambition to accelerate the development of sustainable energy services and infrastructures for businesses and local authorities.
