Edenred: BlackRock falls below 5% of votes
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on September 19 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Edenred's voting rights, following the sale of shares off and on the market.
The American asset management giant said it held 12,582,700 Edenred shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the said clients and funds, i.e. 5.04% of the capital and 4.98% of the voting rights of the payment solutions group.
