Nacon: issue of new shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Nacon announces that it has issued new shares in connection with the January 2021 acquisition of the Australian video game studio Big Ant Studios, which included earnouts based on performance criteria.


The selling partners of Big Ant Studios having decided to reinvest half of their earnouts in Nacon's share capital, the Board of Directors has decided to issue 2,315,969 new ordinary shares, at a price per share of 1.002 euros.

Following the transaction, the share capital is now divided into 108,198,534 ordinary shares. Settlement and delivery of the new ordinary shares and their admission to trading on the Euronext regulated market in Paris are scheduled for October 20.
