Ipsen: Parvus AM Europe Ltd falls below 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on September 16 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Ipsen's voting rights, following the sale of shares on the market.


The London-based management company said it held 6,535,529 Ipsen shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of its clients and funds, i.e. 7.80% of the pharmaceutical company's capital and 4.95% of its voting rights.
