Nissan: management changes

(CercleFinance.com) - Nissan Motor has announced senior management changes, effective October 1, 2024.


Greg Hagy, Senior Vice President, M&A and Partnership Finance, has chosen to leave the company for personal reasons, effective September 30.

George Leondis, currently Corporate Vice President, Global Product Control and Industrial Operations, will be promoted to Senior Vice President and will add M&A and Partnership Finance to his scope. Mr. Leondis will continue to report to Stephen Ma, CFO.

Kazuta Amemiya, currently Vice President Finance Japan-ASEAN, will be appointed Vice President, Global R&D Control, Monozukuri and CAPEX, reporting to Mr. Leondis.
