Valneva: Bpifrance Participations below 10% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On September 17, Bpifrance Participations declared to the AMF that it had individually crossed below the threshold of 10% of Valneva's voting rights, and held 5.
32% of the capital and 9.65% of the voting rights, following a capital increase.

On this occasion, Caisse des dépôts et consignations did not cross any threshold and held, as of September 17, through Bpifrance Participations, CDC Croissance and CNP Assurances, which it controls, 8.70% of Valneva's capital and 12.71% of its voting rights.
