Atos: extension of the accelerated safeguard period

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that it has obtained, from the specialist Commercial Court of Nanterre, the two additional months initially planned for the accelerated safeguard procedure.


The previously announced timetable remains unchanged.

The next steps are the results of the votes of the classes of affected parties on the draft accelerated sauvegarde plan on 27 September 2024, at the end of the voting periods, and the hearing before the Nanterre Specialist Commercial Court for approval of the accelerated sauvegarde plan scheduled for 15 October 2024.
