HDF : Rubis exceeds 15% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - On September 13, Rubis Renouvelables declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights in Hydrogène de France (HDF), and held 17.
55% of the capital and 19.38% of the voting rights, as a result of the allocation of double voting rights. The declaring party specifies that it has no plans to acquire further HDF shares and voting rights, nor to control the company or solicit the appointment of other members to its Board of Directors.
