EuropaCorp: issue of shares to employees

(CercleFinance.com) - EuropaCorp announces a capital increase of 2,295,623 new shares following the allocation of bonus shares to employees, which will increase its capital from 123,124,383 to 125,420,006 shares on September 24.


In accordance with the provisions of the bonus share plan, these shares will be the subject of an application for admission to trading on Euronext Growth Paris, and will be immediately assimilated to existing shares.
