Accor: BlackRock raises its stake above 5% again

(CercleFinance.com) - On September 17, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of Accor and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 13,896,446 Accor shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 5.70% of the capital and 4.97% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Accor shares on the market and an increase in the number of Accor shares held as collateral.
