Solutions30: reduces net loss in H1

(CercleFinance.com) - Solutions30 has reported a net loss (group share) of E5.
9m for H1 2024, down from -E14.4m a year ago, with adjusted EBITDA that is up 37.4% to E37.7m.

The group thus announces a significant improvement in its adjusted EBITDA margin, to 7.3% (+200bp) on pretty flat sales (-0.3%) of E517.4m, with a 0.7% organic decline partly offset by the impact of acquisitions.

Solutions30 confirms its targets for FY 2024, i.e. to continue improving its adjusted EBITDA margin, with an increase in adjusted EBITDA by value, on sales that are expected to decline slightly.
