Seb: new employee share ownership plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe Seb announces the launch of a new employee shareholding plan enabling its employees to acquire existing shares on preferential terms, an initiative which will be rolled out in 37 countries and will concern almost 20,000 people.


The operation, entitled 'Horizon 2024', will consist of a single 'classic' formula for acquiring shares, via an FCPE or through direct ownership, depending on the regulatory and tax constraints of the countries where the offer will be implemented.

The subscription price has been set at 73.71 euros per share, and the subscription period will run from September 23 to October 7 inclusive, with settlement/delivery scheduled for November 7. The maximum number of shares that may be acquired is 553,377.
