Commerzbank: in the green on broker upgrade

(CercleFinance.com) - Commerzbank gains almost 2% and outperforms the trend in Frankfurt, buoyed by a recommendation upgrade by Barclays from 'underweight' to 'weight in line', with a price target raised from 12 to 16 euros.


Following UniCredit's acquisition of a 9% stake last week, the broker explains that it has revised its perception of the German banking group, and concludes that "upside and downside risks are now more balanced".
