GM: open access to Tesla Superchargers for customers
(CercleFinance.com) - General Motors (GM) announces the opening of access to more than 17,800 Tesla Superchargers to its customers, bringing the number of public fast-charging stations available to its customers in North America to more than 231,800.
To access the Tesla network, U.S. customers will be able to purchase a GM-approved NACS DC adapter through the GM vehicle brand's mobile apps for a recommended price of $225.
Customers will also be able to use the same apps to seamlessly locate available Tesla Superchargers, check station status, initiate a charge and pay for charging sessions.
