Amazon: two 'Flash Prime' days in October

(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon announced on Tuesday that it plans to hold two promotional days for members of its Prime program on 8 and 9 October, as the festive season approaches.


The online retail giant says that these 'Flash Prime' days will mean hundreds of thousands of sales on brands such as Acer, Boss, Philips and Playmobil.

They will also be able to take advantage of the lowest prices of the year on a selection of Le Creuset, Krups, Levi's, Moulinex and Delonghi products to prepare for their end-of-year shopping.

The Seattle-based group - which has over 200 million Prime members worldwide - says that Prime Flash Days will be held not only in France, but also in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK, the US and - for the first time - Turkey.

For the record, Amazon recorded record sales during its Prime Day promotion in July.
