Vivendi: new CFO at Canal+

(CercleFinance.com) - Canal+ Group, a subsidiary of Vivendi, reports that its Supervisory Board has appointed Amandine Ferré as CFO as of Monday, and as a member of the Management Board as of September 17.


'Her in-depth knowledge of Canal+ Group, Studiocanal and Dailymotion, as well as her international experience, particularly in Asia for over four years, are invaluable assets', comments Maxime Saada, Chairman of the Management Board.

In her new role, Amandine Ferré is in charge of finance and CSR at Canal+ Group, succeeding Grégoire Castaing, who has joined the Lagardère Group as deputy managing director in charge of finance.
