Edenred: cancellation of treasury shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred announces that its Board of Directors has unanimously decided to reduce its share capital by cancelling 4,502,462 treasury shares, representing 1.
8% of the payment solutions group's share capital.

These shares were bought back between April 19 and September 10, 2024, as part of the share buyback program announced on March 8. Following this cancellation, the number of shares making up Edenred's share capital stands at 245,085,597.
