Clariane: new deputy general management created

(CercleFinance.com) - Dependency care group Clariane has announced the creation of a new Executive Vice President in charge of operational excellence and Group performance management, reporting to Rémi Boyer.


As of October 1, this department will oversee, within the framework of dedicated governance bodies and in liaison with the management of each country, the programs contributing to operational excellence and performance improvement.

Rémi Boyer will be assisted in his new mission by a Director of Performance and Transformation, a position entrusted to Sébastien Legrand. At the same time, Rémi Boyer will retain his position as Managing Director Germany, which he has held since October 2023.

Rémi Boyer will be replaced on October 1 as Group Human Resources Director by Nadège Plou, who will then join the General Management Committee. She will be replaced as Director of Human Resources France by Camille Blanchet.
