Syensqo: delisted from Paris Bourse at end of month

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Syensqo (formerly Solvay) announced its intention to delist its shares from the Paris Bourse, with the Belgian chemicals group citing administrative constraints and cost issues associated with its listing to justify its decision.


The company states that the application to delist its shares has been approved by the Board of Directors of Euronext Paris, with an effective date of Monday 30 September.

The last day on which the shares will be listed will therefore be 27 Friday September.

Following this delisting procedure, Syensqo shares will continue to be traded on Euronext Brussels, the group points out.
