Icape: acquires NTW in Japan

(CercleFinance.com) - Icape Group announces the signature of a contract for the acquisition of NTW, a Japanese company specialising in the distribution of printed circuit boards (PCBs), expanding the French group's strategic network in Asia.


With seven subsidiaries and 40 employees, NTW caters to a clientele of major Japanese accounts in a wide range of industries. By 2024, it expects to have annual sales of over $20m.

This acquisition is financed in cash, and will be consolidated in Icape's accounts from Q4 2024. Subject to the lifting of the usual conditions precedent, the transaction is expected to close on Thursday 19 September.
