Eurofins: acquires Infinity Laboratories

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurofins Scientific announces that it has completed the acquisition of Infinity Laboratories, which operates eight state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, with around 100 employees, whose financial terms are not specified.


The company offers microbiology testing in the country's key regions, as well as chemistry, sterilisation and packaging testing to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device customers.

The acquisition further strengthens Eurofins BioPharma and Medical Device Testing's global and national network footprint to provide the most comprehensive and competitive service offering in the industry, the bioanalytical group says.
