KKR: EU approves acquisition of Superstruct Holding

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of sole control of Luxembourg-based Superstruct Holding by KKR & Co.
Inc. of the USA, of the United States.

This transaction mainly concerns the live entertainment and music festival sector, in particular the provision of hosting solutions, staging and production services for music festivals and live events.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not give rise to competition concerns, given that the companies are not active on the same or vertically related markets.
